Danshuis Station Zuid is a center dedicated to professional contemporary dance. Through appealing dance activities and unconventional usage of live music, multimedia, art or design Station Zuid contributes new impulses to the art of dance. Thus the Danshuis in collaboration with diverse partners searches to gather the interest of more and diverse dance publics. The Danshuis wishes to be an inspiring meeting place where public and creators can find new connections. Hailing from South Holland Danshuis Station Zuid is a partner of the Tilburg Dansstad and the European Dancehouse Network.

Dancehuis Station Zuid commissioned Studio Kluif to develop its new communication strategy where the traits of its identity would be more clearly expressed. The stationary is constituted by a series of fixed elements whose visual roles are flexible and so allude to the diversity of the Danshuis. The recognizable graphic line is supported by photography: professional dancers present themselves amidst an everyday situation in expressive poses. The result is an image based on a contrasting juxtaposition, illustrating the crossover character of the Danshuis' projects and its place as a junction point between various parties.
